Please read our policies before your appointment
New Clients
When booking your first appointment you must add a free 'consultation' to your service on our booking link. This will allow time for new clients to fill out mandatory Consent & Health Form, which will be provided in shop before your service.
If you have lashes on from a previous artist, you must book a removal or have them professionally removed elsewhere. I do not work over foreign work.
If You're Late
If you are running late by 15 minutes or more we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of your service.
If you are running late by less than 15 minutes please let me know. I will try to accommodate your appointment time as best as possible without delaying other guests.
Cancellations & No Show's
If you would like to cancel your appointment you may do so prior to 48 hours from your appointment time. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of your service fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or if you do not call and no-show you will be charged in full for the service booked.
